  So I sign up for financial aid, sign all the mandatory paperwork that gets sent to my email and pass my classes with flying colors. At the end of the semester, I have to fly back to the mainland and I end up staying there for a year. The end of that year, I get a random call from a creditor that I owe the college. I get on a payment plan immediately and start working it out - they had given me FA paperwork for the NEXT semester so my FA never went through and I suddenly found I had to pay it all back ASAP. Flash forward to today and KapiolaniCC understands my story and releases my transcripts. Leeward absolutely refuses and the woman had the audacity to insult me. No class. Who is working in the transcript office? This woman needs work training on ethics and since you can't teach empathy to a lifeless trout, may all her bacon burn.
